Irina Signature Massage Therapy
Irina's Signature Massage Therapy blends Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, and Stretching. Your therapist applies slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones, and joints).

Prenatal Massage Therapy
Prenatal Massage is designed for the expectant mother. During this massage, specially designed cushions are used for better comfort, and it's done on a side. Massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, reduce swelling, and improve labor outcomes.
